阿里山水龍骨是水龍骨科的蕨類植物。透光欣賞蕨類植物的葉片，是最迷人的角度。 Rhizome creeping, dark brown. Fronds 25-65 cm long. Sorus round, borne on the end of the included veinlet in a costal areola. Distributed in China, Himalayas, Indo-China, N. Thailand and Taiwan.
